Supported Living
Our supported living service offers an alternative to traditional residential care homes, however delivers a level of provision which equates to that currently expected of a residential care home and can meet the same complexity and intensity of an individual’s needs.
The service is provided to people who require high levels of daily support due to the complexity, intensity or unpredictability of their needs. It includes access to care and support 24 hours a day which maybe provided through a mix of one to one and shared care and support with a number of people.
Essential to the service is that people are supported to live an ordinary life as independently as they are capable safely within their own home.
People who receive our service are supported to maximise opportunities for independence, to exercise choice and control over their lives, and be recognised as valued equal citizens and members of their local community within which they are encouraged to establish meaningful friendships and relationships.

Extra Care
Our extra care service offers an alternative to traditional residential care homes, however, delivers a level of provision which equates to that currently expected of a residential care home and can meet the same complexity and intensity of an individual’s needs.
The service generally is provided to people 55 years of age or older who require high levels of daily support due to the complexity, intensity or unpredictability of their needs. It includes access to care and support 24 hours a day which maybe provided through a mix of one to one and shared care and support with a number of people.
The accommodation people live in generally features design adaptations and property services that enable older and vulnerable people to maintain their independence and facilitate them remaining within their own homes, where they might otherwise have to become dependent on more intensive models of care. Essential to the service is that people are supported to live an ordinary life as independently as they are capable, safely within their own home.
People who receive our service are supported to maximise opportunities for independence, to exercise choice and control over their lives, and be recognised as valued equal citizens and members of their local community within which they are encouraged to establish meaningful friendships and relationships.
